Designs by Nimrah provides professional graphic design services, branding solutions, and digital products such as templates and creative resources. All services are provided on a project basis and tailored to each client’s needs.
Orders, Inquiries & Project Start
  • Clients may either submit an inquiry form or place an order directly through the website.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you understand the service details and pricing.
  • After an order is placed, you will receive an email within 24–48 business hours to discuss your project.
  • A client portal will be created to track project details, communication, and progress.
  • Before work begins, clients must complete a short questionnaire and provide all required information.
Designs by Nimrah reserves the right to accept or decline any project at its sole discretion.
Payment Terms
  • 100% advance payment is required before any work begins.
  • No project will start without full payment confirmation.
  • Prices are listed in the applicable currency and may change at any time without prior notice.
Order Cancellation
  • Designs by Nimrah reserves the right to cancel an order and issue a refund if necessary.
  • Clients do not have the right to cancel an order once it has been placed and accepted.
Refund Policy
Services
  • All design services are non-refundable once work has started.
  • If work has not started, refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Designs by Nimrah.
  • Designs by Nimrah provides digital and service-based design solutions. No physical products are sold or shipped.
Digital Products
  • All digital products (templates, toolkits, downloads) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to the nature of digital content.
Delivery Timelines
  • Delivery timelines vary depending on project scope and complexity.
  • Timelines may be affected by client response time, feedback delays, or incomplete information.
  • Designs by Nimrah is not responsible for delays caused by lack of communication or late responses from the client.
Project Workflow & Revisions Policy
For clarity and transparency, every project follows these three mandatory steps:
Step 1: Client Questionnaire
  • After order confirmation, the client must complete a project questionnaire.
  • The project will not begin until all required information is submitted.
Step 2: Creative Direction Approval
  • Designs by Nimrah will present a creative direction (such as a moodboard, visual direction, or concept).
  • The client must review and approve this direction before design execution begins.
  • This stage allows one (1) round of feedback only.
Step 3: Final Design & Revisions
  • After final design submission, the client is entitled to two (2) revisions only.
  • Revisions are limited to adjustments and refinements and do not include complete redesigns.
  • Any additional revisions will be charged separately.
Packages, Scope & Add-Ons
  • Each service package includes only the items and deliverables clearly listed at the time of purchase.
  • Any request outside the agreed package scope will be considered an additional service (add-on).
  • Add-ons are subject to additional charges and will only be started after payment confirmation.
  • Clients are responsible for reviewing package details carefully before placing an order.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information.
  • Respond within a reasonable timeframe to avoid delays.
  • Review work carefully during each stage of the project.
Designs by Nimrah is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
Testimonials & Real Experience Content
Designs by Nimrah may display real client testimonials, feedback, and project experiences on the website and marketing platforms.
  • Testimonials are based on real-life client experiences.
  • Any identifying details will not be shared without consent.
Submitting Content to the Site & Social Media
By submitting content (including comments, messages, testimonials, images, or feedback) to Designs by Nimrah:
  • You grant permission to use this content for marketing, promotional, and portfolio purposes.
  • Designs by Nimrah may showcase completed work as part of real-life experience on social media, website, or other platforms.
  • Designs by Nimrah reserves the right to remove, edit, or delete comments or content that is inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or violates these terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to designs, logos, branding elements, text, graphics, images, videos, templates, and software (“Content”), is the intellectual property of Designs by Nimrah or licensed third parties. Design Ownership & Usage Rights
  • Clients receive usage rights to final approved designs only after full payment is completed.
  • Designs by Nimrah retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No Commercial Use of Site Content
You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit any content from this website without prior written permission. Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access to services without refund and potential legal action.
Digital Products Licence
When purchasing or downloading free or paid digital products:
  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence for personal use only.
  • You may not resell, share, distribute, modify, or transfer these products without written consent.
Creating an Account
To purchase services or digital products, you may be required to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
